  "short_answer": "Der Digital Markets Act (DMA, Verordnung (EU) 2022/1925) ist seit 02.05.2023 in Kraft und seit 06.03.2024 vollständig anwendbar. Er reguliert große Torwächter-Plattformen („Gatekeeper\") mit strukturell wettbewerbsverzerrender Marktmacht. Die EU-Kommission hat aktuell sieben Gatekeeper benannt: Alphabet (Google), Amazon, Apple, ByteDance (TikTok), Meta (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp), Microsoft, Booking.com. Für jeden Gatekeeper werden bestimmte Core Platform Services (CPS) designiert (App Stores, Messaging, Suchmaschinen, soziale Netze, Video-Sharing etc.). Gatekeeper unterliegen 21 Do's-and-Don'ts (Art. 5-7): Interoperabilität (Messaging, Payment), Verbot der Selbstpräferenzierung, Verbot der Datenkombination aus verschiedenen Diensten ohne Einwilligung, freie App-Store-Wahl, freie Standard-Browser-Wahl, Entkopplung von Diensten. Sanktionen: bis 10 % des weltweiten Jahresumsatzes (Art. 30), 20 % bei Wiederholung. Strukturelle Maßnahmen (Aufspaltung) bei systematischen Verstößen möglich (Art. 18).",
